What we are doing:

To all of our valued customers,

Like all of you, we are monitoring the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic closely. Please rest assured that our primary concern is the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees. We are in close communication with the local health authorities and are fully committed to comply with any safety measures and guidance.  The following are the measures we are taking as well as some advice on how you can best protect yourself and the people around you.

Actions we are taking:

-Staff will continue using the hospital-grade disinfection and sanitation procedures we’ve always had in place.

-Staff will regularly sanitize high-frequency touch points such as, but not limited to, doors, door handles, surfaces, reception area, shelves, and furniture to minimize risk using the appropriate disinfectants and reagents.

-Staff will regularly wash hands following the local authority recommendations and wear fresh gloves at all times during services and cleaning.

-The current recommendation from Health Canada are that “If you are a healthy individual, the use of a mask is not recommended for preventing the spread of COVID-19”. Should this recommendation change, we will ensure our staff are provided masks.

How you can help:

The World Health Organization website is an excellent resource with regards to general hygiene advice and recommendations, which we have summarized below:

-Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.

-Cough or sneeze into a tissue or the bend of your arm, dispose of any tissues you have used as soon as possible in a lined waste basket and wash your hands afterwards.

-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hand.

-Avoid greetings that include physical contact.

-Call us and cancel your appointment should you feel unwell or exhibit any symptoms.

-If you have traveled outside Canada since February 27, we ask you cancel your appointment.

We will continue to monitor this situation as a priority, but should you have any questions, please reach out to us at

Respectfully, Olga Munari and Francesca Gianesini
